I've been suffering for 3 yrs with neurological and muscle problems. Today I had more tests at Mayo Clinic. I'm also waiting on a blood test they had to send out of state. Even though I'm on good meds for depression, I get bummed 0ut over my physical limitations. Any ideas?

Hi Brenda,
I'm sorry to hear that you've been suffering with undiagnosed health problems. I've had neurological pain in my throat and mouth for 7 years and am still looking for answers. I went to the Mayo clinic in September and spent a week there. Didn't come back with much. I have found a pain doctor at Yale and am hoping to get out of pain soon.
Keep looking and if a doctor can't help, move on to someone else.
I know it's difficult to do things when you feel so poorly. If anything, I've learned to say no and focus on doing only the things that are really important.
I hope you get some answers and that you will be feeling better soon.
Be kind to yourself.
