Hello all, my first time to post. Heard t Dr on tape 1 or 2 mention that our anxiety could cause blood sugar issues. Curious if anyone has had any trouble in this area? I've been tested and there is no sign of even hypoglycemia much less diabetes yet I have to eat every two hours or more. I've tried to limit sugar to slow t physical downs but I still go there. Also the more sugar I eat t less sleep I get. Drs are clueless. I also developed a skin rash two summers ago that they call excema. Just would love some reasurance that if I can create better self talk my physical will clear itself up? Any similar experiences?

I am a type 2 diabetic and when I am in an anxious state my blood sugar drops. Most of the time it is not real low but it drops quickly. My endocrinologist said it is because of my anxiety which can affect blood sugar levels. I hope this information helps.
