FInally a thread that still seems to attribute comments to all the right people (at least I think it does) Hope everyone eventually finds there way back here and everyone is enjoying their life today :)

Thanks but I would not go as far as claiming to be the official CBT spokesperson on here. How about one of many CBT proponents? That has a much nicer ring to it now doesn't it :?:

I didn't get a notification but I thought I posted my two cents here earlier? I love the book and still use the TEA forms almost daily. I think all the hard work is done for me now, but they keep me out of my head and into getting more out of my life :D
