The subtitle of this book is "21 Spiritual Lessons for Surrendering Your Weight Forever" - it was suggested to me on another weight-loss forum where I shared my struggle with compulsive eating.
It is 21 days of daily lessons that include intense, emotional guided journaling and prayer. I highly recommend this book to anyone who not only struggles with weight loss, but any other forms of self-sabotage or addictive behaviors. It's hard to sum up this book, but it basically helps you learn to accept and love every part of yourself while surrendering your problems (subconscious fears that have blocked love) to God/Divine Power.
It's incredibly powerful & reminds us that we are too.
