Picked it up and read through it. It is good in that it encourages you to live honestly. How many times do we hide our true fears or weaknesses, bury them deep, then suffer the effects of anxiety, depression and OCD? I found some of the book a little scary, such as revisiting old wounds. I hate that, I'd rather ignore them! But if we've learned anything with the program is that you can't run from fear if you want to live a full life. I like how the book encourages you to look for the "bread crumbs" that appear in your life and not to dismiss them as inconsequential. I liked the definitions of family and friendship and how Beck and Abllow encourage you to live to your truest self. This book is not really a help to treat anxiety or depression, but I think it makes a nice addition to help you define the meaning of your life.

I just finished reading this book today and it was a good read. The book was inspirational as well as
practical. It dealt with the subjects of courage, truth, faith, compassion, friendship, family and common sense.
I recommend this book to anyone who has faith in God or wants a relationship with Him in the future.
