Some books I find to be great with session 3 ...the Shad Helmstetter "What to say when I talk to myself" (from 1980's) -is excellent in teaching how to re-frame the negative thinking into positive affirmations.
and "Believing on myself" by Earnie Larsen & Carol Hegarty - (daily meditation readings).
"As a Man Thinketh" by James Allen - (small little book with a lot to ponder).
"Honoring the Self" by Nathaniel Branden - (1985)
"Keys to Happiness" by Readers Digest (from 1950) -is full of little stories that are wonderful with basic common sense and positive inspiration. :)
All of these have helped me tremendously.
