Does not look like any of my old friends have posted for quite sometime and yes I'm guilty as well :| I'm doing great and my anxiety rarely ramps up for me anymore :D I hope that's true for all of you guys and girls as well. Would love to hear any updates y'all have and hoping this note will spur some notifications and cause you all to act :idea:
