"Breaking Free From Depression" Linda Mintle, PH.D
Subtitled: A balanced biblical strategy for emotional freedom
This is a paperback I found at a grocery store. It's only 90 something pages and has several good prayers and bible verses. I found it very encouraging.

"Measuring Up" Dr. Kevin Leman Very encouraging. Dr. Leman explores our feelings of inadequacy including the roots and affects of being defeated perfectionists.

"When God Doesn't Make Sense" Dr. James Dobson
An in-depth look at suffering as it impacts our faith in God.

"Happiness is a Choice" A Manual on the Symptoms, Causes and Cures of Depression
Frank B. Minirth, M.D. and Paul Meier, M.D.
Helped me a lot. Minirth has fallen on difficult times professionally since helping write the book but I think it is a very helpful book.

I hope you take the time to read a least a couple of these works. They helped me a lot.

Thanks, Don
I shall.
Happiness is a Choice was reccommended to me several years ago. It is still a very good read. Very helpful.
I haven't read the others you mention.
Thanks again.
Have a great day.
