Joyce Meyer did a great job when writting this book.
she not only uses a few of the things tought in the program (positive thoughts) but also adds biblical scriptures to back up why god wants us to win the war against the devil who is giving us theses obsessive thoughts.
"Be patient with yourself even when you make mistakes." Joyce Meyer
given this is hard for me, afterall i try to be perfect.
Just a great book maybe you should take it for a read,

thanks ashb! I enjoy reading Joyce Meyer's books.
Another good book written "with biblical backup" is You Are What You Think by David Stoop

Any thing by Joyce Meyer is worth reading she also has daily devotionals. One in particular that speaks to my heart is "New Day New You" ,366 Devotions for Enjoying Everyday Life. Check it out!

I'm going through the book as well and I have to say that it is awesome. There's also an audio piece that you can purchase from her website. I don't have the audio piece but I highly recommend the book.

Like I said earlier, I got the audio version for Christmas, I'm up to chapter 25, and between this audio book and the program, I'm bombarding my mind with positive reinforcement.
I highly suggest this to everyone, with or without anxiety.
Peace be with You,
Rocky
