By Loretta LaRoche. I came upon this gem today. The back says she's the "Erma Bombeck of stress reduction". She also has another book called "Life is Short - Wear Your Party Pants". So far it's hilarious and she chronicles her own stress (anxiety) inducing bad habits and how she's learned to deal with them. There are chapters called "The need to do everything perfectly", "Awfulizing and Catastrophizing", "Worrywarts", and my favorite "If you don't have to suffer, don't practice". I have yet to read the whole thing, but I can see it's going to help me deal with this stuff or at least put a smile on my face.

Thanks so much for the book recommendation. I love these types of books - humor really helps take the intensity out of some things and gets us to lighten up.
