This book is great, and will get your mind off your troubles. While it still touches upon trhe topic of anxiety/depression it will entertain you. The book is a memoir. Enjoy!

Oh I loved this book! My therapist recommended it last summer and I subsequently recommended it to everyone I know!

I logged on hoping to find a book referral...I'm in week 1 and want to find a good motivational book. Think I found it. A friend of mine read this not too long ago and I forgot all about it. Think I'll stop at Borders on the way home and pick it up!

I am reading this book right now and I love it, can't put it down. I love how she looks at these emotional issues. I highly reccomend it.

When i listened to this book. I thought "oh my god, that is so me" I wish I could do those trips or at least have less stress and overcome my problems. I loved it.
