The agoraphobia has been a real problem lately; I have barely left the house- work and the mailbox, even then, it's been intense. Tonight I went to a costume party and did not panic and leave. Being in a costume made me feel free, I danced for hours. It was wonderful! Please share with me your recent successes no matter how small. Let's ride this happy wave of being in the precious present!

Good for you :) Keep celebrating all of your successes :D I have just realized that my very last panic attack was July 4, 2008 and it only got to about a level 3. This is great for me, considering I have been dealing with them for about 20 years. Keep up the great work.
