I had a hard time falling asleep on Sunday Night
I was anticipating the work week and being afraid of being late or else I get fired.
Then I had a problem with my home printer and I was up late last night on the phone with Dell
Tech Support; (On a positive note we fixed the problem.)
And it's going to be a busy work day.
Tonight is my workout night. Should I just do
a little light exercise/walk the dog and call it
an early night or should I go to the gym?
I'm not feeling too tired right now.

why the pressure sister? enjoy the momment, decide later what you feel like.. dont stress youself out now for something thats going to happen later (aniticipatory anxiety!) be prepared for both and go with the flow that alone will decrease your anxiety! she talks about this on session 8

Yes, why the pressure? See what you feel like later. You have enough stuff going on with your Mom right now - why put more stress on yourself thinking you have to make a decision now about what you're gonna do later when it's not critical.

Hi! Take your dog for a short walk. Then do the relaxation tape from the beginning of the program. I've suffered from insomia for years, last night I listened to the relaxation tape for the first time and I actually slept for almost 8 hours after! WOW! Hope it helps you!!!

I think I will do some leisurely exercise tonight. After having a few nights of not really
relaxing I think I can use a little break!!
I LOVE the relaxation cd too- It puts me to sleep too! Unfortunately I don't get to bed early enough. It's like I get this second rejuvenation
at night; I'm such a night owl!
