I came across these and I thought that people who have her books would like to hear the lady herself. Hope that these links work.

I have also found these recordings useful from time to time. I have also read her book " Hope and Help for your nerves." She was really a pioneer in her time, and a lot of what is taught today in anxiety programs stems from her philosophy. Thanks for sharing.

It was created by a guy who has recovered from agoraphobia, based on the teachings of Dr Weekes and his faith in God. Hopefully his story and the Stress Centre will help people on the path to lasting health.

Hi Artistguy!

Thanks so much for the website. This is awesome. I have a tape of Dr. Weekes, but I have used it so much in past years, I am so happy to have found fresh, new audio without all the scratches and hisses.

I listened to some other mp3's on his website and they are very good.

Thanks again!

Rob.

Thanks for posting this! I found these on CD at my local library, so those who can't listen to them might want to look into that.

I have to say to this day (having been trough tons of different therapies and read tons of books) Dr. Weekes' books are the best there are. I HIGHLY recommend them. She was way ahead of her time and her advise is priceless.
