Stress Center Peer Support

I'm probably the only one on these boards who hasn't figured this out yet, but I thought I share just in case anyone is as obvilious as me .

I just discovered that if you find a forum you'd like to follow, all you have to do is click on the "Notifications" and select daily, weekly, or immediate e-mail notification. This is found at the bottom left of the screen when you post and in the top tabs (notify) of the forums.

How convenient- the past 7 mts. I've been going to my profile and rechecking each post I want to follow...?!

Hi Emily, does this mean our age is showing? No, I didn't know that and I don't mind admitting I have a nine year old relative who figures anything on a computer out ten times faster than I do. Thank you for the tip. I've been doing the same thing, check profile and find that post. You keep figuring these things out and letting us know. Pecos.
