Hi, this probably sounds weird, but i always feel somewhat anxious after coming out of a movie theater, like i am still engrossed in the movie, especially when you come out to the bright daylight. I went to see a movie in 3D, which made these symptoms especially worse, i felt really nauseous. Can anyone relate?

I can somewhat relate to what you mean. My problem is being in the movie theater, especially waiting for the movie to start. You hear other people talking, laughing, I feel stuck in a room with a bunch of strangers. My very first panic attack took place in a movie theater, and sad to say it, but I havent been back to one since.

I typically feel that sort of surreal feeling coming out of a movie theater, but I just figure that it just the transition from one reality (the movie) to another (life). And the changing of lighting just emphasizes it.
I don't think it is anything to worry about.
