Has anybody tried any types of meditation? I've been doing some research into yoga and Transcendental Meditation. I really like the relaxation cd with the program and have listened to it when ever needed for about a year - but I want more and am thinking meditation might be the way to go. Anybody else trying yoga or meditation, if so - how's it working out for you with stress/anxiety?

Meditation has been key for me- the relaxation tape too- both methods have taught me how to enjoy, think and embrace the current momments in life. It really re-focuses that positive energy that we need to recover..

I went to the library and found many books on this topic 'meditation' and have worked with a couple different styles to find my personal style. Great thought!

I've meditated on and off for years and I gotta say when I regularly keep it up it has helped tremendously. There are a lot of really good DVDs out for this(check with Yoga Journal magazine)

The best meditation for me is prayer and after just be still.
