Has anyone made great progress after the program and online support, gone months only to feel like a relapse has occurred?
If so, could you share the best way to head toward conquering that mountain? THANKS SO MUCH!

Bev, I know that you are a Christian..so I can confidantly say "Get your praise on"!!! I experience the same 'Valleys"..And when I'm not 'feeling" good..or 'feel" like I'm "backsliding"..I, "P.U.S.H."(pray until something happens)
I turn up the praise and worship music and march through the storm. Even when I don't feel like praying, worshipping,etc..I DO IT AFRAID anyway..We all hit 'speedbumps" and "setbacks"..it's 'normal". It's life..

I'd go back to lesson 3..It always seems to go back to my 'self talk"..or turning the 'negatives" into 'positives".

In the last three weeks, I've noticed that I've been "what-ifing" quite a bit..I KNOW this is the issue, yet I'm finding it difficult to come out of this mentality..But, I've chosen to tune into the 'praise and worship" music and pray pray and pray some more!!! After speaking to a good friend about these 'thoughts" that I've been having..and praying with her, I feel much better.

I hope this helps Bev..you will be just fine! "keep on, keeping on"..Keep your chin up and remember:
Romans 8:28 " And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose"

The valley are for a short while..YOU will come out of this!

IN HIS love
Blessings,
Mom of 6

Hello bevhembree- I think a lot of us have had some backsliding along the way. I review the program frequently, and sometimes it's for different reasons than what I originally needed it for. I consider it mental maintenance now, like exercising.
