I am thinking of taking the course. My relatively new Vista Operating System computer plays CDs and DVDs but not audiotapes. Is the audio actually on tapes or is it on cd? If it is on cd I can also make mp3 files from them and play them as I take my walks. Also, I can play the cd in my car, but not tapes. Thank you.
If the audio is on tapes, I can't take the course.

You can get them on CD, I think it is $10 or $15 extra. I, too, put them on my ipod to have while walking, etc. It's especially helpful to have the relaxation CD on your ipod! You will be very glad you got this program. It takes work and time, but is worth it!

When I ordered the program in early Feb I designated that I wanted cds and dvds. I think you can get either tapes or cds so you have to make sure when you order that they know which ones you want.

Hi Worry_wort, As Mary Wargo said above when you order the program make sure you specify that you want the CD's & Dvd's and not the audio tapes. I 'think' it's almost standard nowdays that the cd's are shipped first but to be sure tell the sales rep that this is what you want and not the audio tape version.
Welcome to the program and have a great day/night!
