I have been fighting panic attacks for about 5 years now, and I can pretty much control my anxiety and my attacks now for about the last two years, exccept when I'm driving. Mainly it only happens on the highway but I can't find a way to overcome this.. Can anyone help me with this?

There's a CD just for this problem. You should call StressCenter for it. I hear it's very helpful.

Good Morning Mike
I have the same anxiety driving issues and the program is helping me. But there is another tape called "Driving with Comfort" and I believe it's a special series created by Carolyn. I have heard it has a session of talking and then some relaxation techniques too. I want to check into it as well. I have heard some really good things about it.
I guess you have to call the StressCenter.com to ask about price and so on.
Bless you
Jill~

Driving is a big one for me too. My best advice is practice, practice, practice. I can't stress that enough. The more you put yourself out there on the road, the more opportunities you have to go through the anxiety and find out it's alright. Just take a little bit at a time and as you progress, push yourself a bit further. You'll be surprised at what you find yourself doing after a few months. Good luck and know that you'll be OK.
