My wife is trying the program again and she has her box full of tapes but one of the sleeves is empty.
Will they allow you to purchase one replacement tape?

Also, anyone know the cost? (I'm looking for a replacement VHS tape or comparable DVD).

You'll probably need to call the Center to find out this information.

My friend, who sells the program, said the cs center is very good about replacing tapes and such. At the very least you'll probably have to pay shipping. Give them a call!
