Okay does anyone else get numbness and tingly feelings in their arms and/or hands???? Lately my left arm and hand keeps going numb and the DR told me it's most likely my anxiety.

Yes...in my hands. I've had them get very numb/tingly feeling. That is an anxiety thing. Still makes you worry though.

I actually went to the ER last week because of this. I was feeling numbness on my upper lip and the tip of my nose! I called my doctor's office and they didn't have any more appointments available so they encouragement me to go to the ER and the ER doctor was stuck of the fact that since I have had panic attacks in the past that the numbness was strictly due to that! They did no testing or anything and it really bothered me. I just wanted to be sure that there was nothing majorly wrong since I was feeling numb and didn't have a panic attack until I discovered I was numb! It almost seems some doctors don't want to give you the time of day and treat you like an outcast.

last time I checked.. numbness anywhere is either a lack of circulation or nerve damage.
I know a lot of people with the numbness problem but no anxiety or depression..

i woke up this mornin and my left shoulder was numb from sleeping on it .so lack of circulation makes sense.but still scares the heck out of me.

I agree with you on that 100%.
