I just got my program yesterday. I am on the 30 day trial. I was told it would come with supplements and it didnt. I also see people talking about a workbook?? I have the introduction guidebook but no workbook. Is this cuz i'm only on the trial part??

The guidebook is the workbook. You may need to phone the center to ask about why you didn't get the supplements. There should be a few guidebooks covering each session with exercises corresponding to each one.

The supplements comes in the mail separately.

The workbooks are located where all the other CD's are, inside their cases. There are 4 different cases housing all the CD's, and each workbook guide holds 4 sessions.

I'll call to find out why i didnt get the supplements.
