I think the idea of two or more people buddying up is a good one.
I'm completely new to this and have many concerns. If I'm with somebody starting at the beginning as well, we can help each other out.
Where do I look?

Hi, Olivia G.
I'm new too and would love to have a buddy! I would also like to have a mentor--someone who has completed the program or close to completing who can give me advice and guidance along the way.

hi this is my second time through the program and although I wouldnt call myself a mentor I would be happy to help in any way that I can.....dont be scared when I say second time through thinking it must not have worked....not true....I did the program about 7 years ago in cassette formate and it changed my life so much..the strength I found in hearing the other people and learning my coping skills was dramatic....however I have come to a point in my life that I want more....
I still struggle with anxiety and need a refresher course on how to make it go away...I need to look closer and with great detail look for what I am still missing.
I will be rid of this anxiety...one day....and you will too...we are on the right road....
Together we can do it!

I to would love to do a buddy system. I am on week four and really struggling with my what if thinking, obsessive thoughts and positive self talk. If anyone would be interested I think this would be a great idea!
