I'm thankful that my anxiety has decreased a bit. Even though it's not by much...it's still better than nothing. The only problem I have now is when it comes time to sleep. I have so many random images and thoughts that run through my head that it keeps me up and anxious. So my question for everyone here is...what thoughts do you have before you drift off to sleep. What thoughts and images do you imagine that help you fall asleep?

Try listening 2 the relax cd & concentrate only on your breathing nothing else. Good luck keep in touch

I try to do those to sleep but it just doesn't work. I get all these random thoughts that just pop in my head and as I'm drifting away to sleep I realize that these random thoughts make no sense and I'm suddenly aware of them. In turn it makes me jolt out of my sleep and makes me feel out of it and anxious.

I have similar problems sleeping. I am on Session 3 now and I am taking the Good Days supplements. I honestly believe that the supplements, along with working the program, are helping me to relax when I need to, like at bedtime. I am actually feeling sleepy instead of anxious.
I hope you find a solution soon!
