throughout the day i get this feeling that feels like an adrenaline rush. I could be fully occupied and this feeling come over me that feels like adrenaline out of nowhere. It is so uncomfortable. after i feel it I try to trace my thoughts to see maybe if i thought something scary. I have been unable to pinpoint a scary thought. I was just helping my mom set up a tv and VCR and felt this rush come over me and Im like am I releasing adrenaline for no reason? Does anyone ever have this? is this my subconscious telling me there is something to fear? do I need to seea doctor? I dont get it.

yes, i have had that adrenaline rush out of nowhere before and it's all panic/anxiety. i have even gone to the doctor and cardiologist because it concerned me and they did a 24-hour urine test that showed if i was releasing too much adrenaline and it showed that i wasn't. the cardiologist concluded that it was panic disorder. does your heart race? i have a fear of working out or exercising because i don't want my heart to race. why does that frighten me? i am pretty sure that it's anxiety.

lately i have had a lot of panic attacks. but i can usually feel them coming on. but these feeling that come out of nowhere concerned me. im feeling good then this fear comes over me but with no thought to trace it to.

robin d, i get something like that too, the adrenaline rush. i get it when i am thinking a lot and feel overwhelmed usually. when i notice the adrenaline rush feeling, i tell myself that it is excitement, and then it doesn't feel uncomfortable. telling yourself that it is a feeling of excitement and not anxiety might help
