Hello!! What a lovely positive message it's helping me going on with the programme. I have GAD and I'm now 47 years old and I think I have this almost my whole life but I haven't had a name on it from now. I just started the programme and I believed this will getting better. I'm curious about what "feel good supplement is" I didn't get the all information here in Sweden. I love this site to!! It's really help to feel better. Take care!!

I'm so happy to read a positive post. Some posts increase anxiety and some posts help, yours definetly helped, I for one would like to hear more of them. How did you deal with your OCD?
