It's only day one in my program and I already feel amazing.
On the other hand, I can feel myself being irritated by my fellow Anxiety sharers. I've noticed my flaws and the things that are making me anxious and depressed, and now I'm noticing it in my friends who also have anxiety. I'm trying to explain to them what they're doing to themselves but they're in extreme denial and keep saying "I will never be able to stop thinking this way. I'm a people pleaser and I subject all my "optimism" on them, and not myself. I will always be this way."
I feel frustrated. I'm upset because they can be so much happier with just a change of thought. What's a good way to stay patient with them and help them through their thoughts?
