It seems like no matter what I do lately I cannot relax and I feel something bad is going to happen. The weather here is really bad and we cannot even leave the house because of the snow and they announced that the medical response is going to be late and take a long time due to the snow. I have also had these headaches that make me feel like I am going to fall to the ground and I worry that its a tumor or a blood clot or something. I try to relax but I feel like the worst is around the corner! Please help and if you have felt like this how did you make it go away?? I am going to get out my program and use it while I have this down time due to the weather. Thank you soo much for reading this and I am sorry that it may be some of what I have posted before about the headache but it won't go away and I am scared.

Hi, Ethans Mommy,
My kids live out in Portland, so I have an idea of what you are going through out there with a foot and a half of snow yesterday. My son's wife was off work and he had to go, and he was sounding pretty stressed, and he is usually a very happy camper. That's a life stressor in a city that is not used to snow (and a lot of snow if you are used to it!) So maybe try to keep breathing and remind yourself it's pretty normal to be stressed about this, and the weather will pass, and things will get a bit more normal?
I'm new to the program, so this is just my first reaction! You should see a doc about the headache, because it might be a migraine or something, and then that spacy impending doom feeling might be an aura? Take it easy, and keep breathing--snow is really stressful for me, too--and the kids, too, which is why they moved to Portland, to get away from it!

I TOO WAS FEELING A LOT OF DOOM. I STARTED DISTRACTING MYSELF AND DID POSITIVE SELF TALK AND HAVE NO MORE ANXIETY. ITS LIKE IT JUST WENT AWAY ON ITS OWN. I WENT TO THE DR. YESTERDAY AND WAS WORRIED I MIGHT GET ANXIOUS WAITING AND THEN BEING IN THAT LITTLE ROOM BUT I WAS OK. I SUGGEST YOU GO TO YOUR DR. ABOUT YOUR HEADACHES. THEN YOU WILL EITHER GET HELP OR KNOW IT IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. DEB
