Thanks for sharing that article. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I will remember the article whenever I'm tempted to drink coffee.

Thanks Chris. That was a great article. I really believe the part about exercize.

I woke up yesterday morning with a nagging stress headache. It kept coming back even after taking pain relievers. Then I remembered that I hadn't exercized in a while. So I got dressed and worked out and VOILA! The headache was gone. Exercize must really have healing benefits.

WOW!!!!
I am a extreme coke fanatic (all day every day)
I also take a prescribe cortisol because my adrenals are so depleted now i know why DUH!!
I wonder why all these great doctors of today havent said anything to me about caffeine intake. Thanks for the info.
