well before i started my meds i was really bad didnt sleep didnt eat didnt function so i stared lexapro was on it 5 weeks after 3 i could leave the house started to do things again but the hole time i took it i had a brain zap feeling that just got worse and then the ringing in my ears stared could no take it so i stopped cold turkey after 2 weeks the brain zaps stopped but now im feeling scared again and panicey what do i do im so sick of deeling with this meds no med witch one so i deel with should i try a different med or all natural route im at a loss will i every get rid of this it been 10 years sorry just at a loss

You should try the natural route if you could.I have heard so many good things about this program that i bought it.I have been put on celexa 10mg also.I was on lexapro and it made me feel spaced out.My dad is on celexa and he swears by it so if you do need another med i would give it a try.I was told by my doctor that it had the least side effects.
