Studiorat - I know exactly what you mean by the vibration feelings. I had and sometimes still have them. I talked to my doctor about them. He had me on buspar and xanax to sleep. I would wake up in the middle of the night by the vibrating/quivering feeling. My doc told me it was the muscles relaxing from the anti-anxiety meds and would eventually go away. They did. I get the vibration every once in a while and can ignore it, or if I can't ignore it, I remain calm and just flow with it.

Please don't get discouraged with this program and the forums. It has changed my life.

Studiorat,

I also have experienced that vibration feeling mostly during the day. Mine was definitely due to anxiety. Don't let these symptoms scare you use posative self talk, and keep up with the program. I have overcome panic attacks and anxiety and you can too. I hope this helps
