im at work now and im haveing some anxiety cause i dont wanna be here. i just wanna leave. what should i do to calm down?

Breathe in and out, slowly, just like your tapes. Then get working on a project. Get out of looking inside of yourself -- soon the time will pass and you'll have accomplished a task AND beat back the monster. Just think how lucky you are to have a job at all.

yeah.

distract yourself. focus on the task in front of you right now, and do it with all of your ability.

before you know it, it will be time to go home.
