I have this to say and need to know what would work, I find myself in the last month and half just worry about this and that, don't matter what it is and now I find myself having pannic in stores and home, also lights have come to be a problem and this cause me to go back a few steps again and realy don't want more pills yet if need not to.
I do tapes and read books and sometimes it will only last for about 20 min to on and oof again all day. I try to keep mind off of it and not blank it out but to say hi here again, well don't stay long, but this is getting pretty old.
Any ideas and or thoughts.

Persevere. You want to welcome in those scary feelings with complete sincerity. I mean complete and total acceptance of how you are feeling. Something getting "pretty old" is a sign that you have not accepted your situation yet. Keep working on it. You will get there.

With complete acceptance comes the peace you are looking for.
