I've been on TONS of anti-biotics. I've been feeling real sick and tired from them with a lot of other unpleasant side-effects. I've been doing some research and apparently candida is a big problem. Women usually get yeast infections from too much anti-biotics...but candida effects the whole body..it's like a fungus. The onyl way to rid it is a special diet and some vitamins. It's a very strict diet though. Has anyone ever had to go through this?

I had a friend whose sinus problems were from yeast infection in her sinuses. Probiotic, you need them. Go to your nearest health food store, ask for "kyodauphilus" or a good mix of probiotics.
The speacial diet is just to cut out what the yeast feeds on. Sugar. So no beer( contains yeast) sugar, processed foods, and fruit.
However, it's only temporary.
within a few weeks, the yeast will die. maybe sooner. And you can slowly resume your normal diet.
My friend was back to her normal self witin one month.
Not too bad. plus she lost a few pounds. Nice benefit. But the best part was feeling 100% better. Again a naturopath or health food store are invaluable. Good luck.

Thanks so much! It's encouraging to know this diet isn't going to be for a long time...it's hard! But I'm willing to do whatever it takes to feel better.
