Maybe this is a better forum to ask.
The directions (audio, I think...) said to be sure and "send in" the evaluation in the guidebook for Session 1. The actual evaluation didn't say anything like that, and nowhere does it say where to send in the evaluation form.
Anyone know? Is that not being done anymore?
