again, it's been awhile since I've posted, but I thought I'd stop by to see how everyone was doing and to share my story of moving across country and dealing with "stress".
Most of you know by now, that I've moved from Wa. state to Texas on May 24th. I've travelled back to Wa. since than, to see my forth son graduate H.S. I have to tell ya'll that I DID this ALL BY MYSELF
!!! Thank you Jesus for keeping me safe and Anxiety FREE! I have dealt with the "fear" of flying for YEARS, and in the last year, I've travelled twice with my family and ONCE alone, and I KNOW now, that I CAN DO IT!!
The graduation went wonderful and seeing my ex husband again, after a couple years had NO affect on me,whatsoever!!! (another source of anxiety for me)
The "move" has been AWESOME! I actually drove on the Dallas freeways
Our vehicles were delivered to us today, however we had to travel out of our "comfort zone" to pick them up(we have been using our cousins vehicle, up until today). When hubby informed me that I would be following him back on the freeway, my mind raced with fear, however, I was able to change those "thoughts" into positive ones and I DID GREAT!!! I am SOOOOO PROUD OF MYSELF!!! I am actually ANXIETY and PANIC FREEEEEEEE!!! Gosh life is SOOOO WONDERFUL when we can change our thought pattern and learn to see the beauty of it all!
I thought I'd share this with everyone..especially you new comers. I cannot say enough about this program!! It really does work! God sent me to this program, without a doubt. He is my ROCK, SALVATION and DELIVERER!
