HI, everyone
I have been having these bad dizzy spells lately, the first one I thought I was going to pass out . my head started spinning, my pupils were acting crazy and dilating and everything started getting blurry. Does anyone have do this. I have had a CT scan of the brain, all bloodwork is normal, chest xray is normal, and ekg was normal. But that just scares me really bad, i feel like im fainting or dieing. I have never had this symptom before and was just wondering if anyone else does this and could it be the anxiety attacks

Yes I get them. Especially when I first stand up and start walking. I have to bend down and breathe slowly. I think it has a lot to do with the anxiety. I actually had an mri done last Monday and don't get the results till my appt. on Wed. So I am anxious about that. Sometimes I feel like I can't win with the worrying. As long as all the test came back normal then you should just relate it with the anxiety and tell yourself it will pass.
