So, when I woke up this morning I felt OK. I took the dog out for a walk and then came back and made breakfast. I sat down to eat breakfast, still feeling OK. Shortly after I finished I got an email that delivered some frustrating news -- nothing BAD -- just frustrating. I started feeling very anxious: racing heart, dizzy, spacey. So, I put the laptop away, went in my room and laid down on my bed. I closed my eyes and started doing the relaxation exercises. Soon, the feelings began to fade and pass. I'm still feeling a little anxious, but not nearly as much and I was able to keep from having a full blown attack again!! I'm so pleased that I'm seeing a little progress. It's not a lot -- I still couldn't drive myself somewhere, but I know that will come eventually.

Thanks for all of your support on here, guys! It really does help to know I'm not alone.

Great job Jason!!
I think that it is great that you are acknowledging these improvements!! They are big!! As you continue to practice, that relaxation mode will kick in naturally. As you are aware, I am far from cured and I still have my "freak-out" moments which typically include the dizzy/spacy feelings as well. Congratulations again and keep getting better!!
