Are you near your cycle hon? This has happened to me a couple days before (amongst other PMS symptoms). I feel pressure on my bladder all the time.

And YES, when I'm anxious, whether near my cycle or not I do have to go to the bathroom a lot. It is weird because my body seems to pull water out from nowhere, but under a stressful situation, I have to go a lot. After the stress is over, I am VERY thirsty.

You are FINE.

I know this sounds funny, but maybe you should drink some water and/or cranberry juice. If you are having to go, but what comes out is dark, you could be slightly dehydrated, nothing to worry about, but why not drink 1-2 glasses of water right now and try to flush yourself out.

REALLY you are going to be okay. Have some water, and if you have chamomile tea, that will help calm you. Anything without caffeine.

It's just anxiety and it will pass. Take some deep breaths, take a hot shower or hot bath, breathe in for 2 counts and out for 4 through your diaphragm, and remind yourself that you are just having anxiety. You are going to be just fine. This is no big deal.

The mind-body connection is VERY strong. Don't dwell on this, or you might train your organs to be doing this based on your anxiety. So whenever your anxiety comes up, your elimination organs will react out of habit. I am trying to break my habit and the program has helped me immensely.

Please go drink some water. Have at least 1-2 glassfuls, or course don't over-do. You need to get some water through you to flush yourself out over there. Don't dehydrate yourself! If you have some herbal tea and like that better, please have some.

Take deep breaths and try to do something to get your mind off things. Can you take a walk, or clean out your closet or something to distract yourself? Remember those deep breaths...

Lost GIRL; I have gone to the Dr. in a panic several times and I know exactly what you are feeling. Those problems I had got straightened out, I'm still here and you will be too. You definitely NEED to go to another Dr. ...Call and tell them you must get in in a hurry. I say this because you are stressed, the proper treatment will make short work of your problem. Not all dr's are on the ball. Don't let your imagination run away with you. Call now and please get back to us. Love to ya

You HAVE to work on controlling the fear with the techniques. I'm sorry I scared you, I didn't mean to, just saying that our brains are incredbly designed, and we can be victims of our own fear. This has happened to me over the years and by using the techniques I am slowly undoing it. Fear is a strong emotion and it starts in the brain, which gives messages to other parts of our bodies. Once you have a handle on fear and anxiety, you can heal this issue.

This really does worry me but it is hard for me to see doctors. I am lucky i saw a gynocologist to make sure i had no infection. It said he deals with other things but i do get paranoid and want more oppinions i dont want my urethra stretched out because iv never had an issue with it. But i dont kow if this is all caused from anxiety or not that is the main thing. Because the pain and swelling goes down sometimes. I'm just worried but very exhausted from doctor appointments.
