Stress Center Peer Support

I shared my phobias with my doctor and he put me on an anti-anxiety med. (buspar), it seems to take the edge off and i don't feel anxious. I continue to have the scary/weird "what if" thoughts - he decided to try me on an anti-depressant (luvox), which is for OCD, perhaps my obsessing will be minimized. Has anyone used any of these medications? I have only been on luvox for a few days, still too soon to know if it will work.

My name is Melanie & I'm also on the buspar/luvox regimen. I was on lexapro for 21/2 yrs. I just made the switch to luvox because of my constant thoughts that are not realistic & as for the buspar I've been on that since Oct. New to luvox also. It is just my 3rd week for it.
