I know that bladder fullness can be many things, but can it be anxiety? Is it possible? Three weeks ago I had it and had two urine tests and both were negative. This week I went to my gyno and they are going to run a sono...to see what's going on. This past weekend, I felt like I should set up shop in the bathroom? I'm feeling worse because this is new to me...but I haven't been nervous about anything lately either. I'm quite scared. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

I had a situation similar to yours about 5 years ago. I was constantly running to the bathroom thinking I had a bladder infection. Test after test came back with nothing. My ob/gyn told me that I "trained" my bladder to need to empty before it was necessary. He told me to re-train by drinking plenty of water and trying to hold my bladder for as long as possible. It worked.

Hi Lisa! Thank you so much for posting! I am going to try that and also still follow-up with my docs. I appreciate the great advice! Thank you, again.
