Ok, so I've pretty much been breezing through the program just fine, and I've been noticing my body symptoms slowly disappear. Well, for the last week I had some sinus and allergy issues, and for the past couple of days, I have been experiencing some of those old body symptoms. Like feeling a little weird, little dizzy when I walk, and trouble getting to sleep becuz I feel weird. I haven't felt like that in monthes! Now I'm scared that either I hadn't done somethings in the program right, or I'm reverting back! Well I've done my self talks, and breathing, it has helped, but just still upset that those weird feelings came back! I started to think about what could have triggered it, and I had come the conclusion that I have been stressing really hard about money, and a small fued between my dad and I. Also, the day before I felt those feelings, I had orange juice, ice cream, coke icee, and extra sweet ice tea, the day before. So maybe it was a combination of stress, and too much sugar that set off those feelings. Also I have a two yr old that is soo into everything, and is deep into the terrible part of the terrible two's! When I get upset, and disapline him, I start to feel weird too, and I start to think that I'm going to have a heart attack from too much stress, becuz I get so easily irritated. I don't know, maybe those feelings will go away, and stay away. I'm goin to continue with the program, but when I'm finished I think I'm goin to have to immediatly have to start it all over again. Should I ask my psychiatrist for an increase in my antidepressant? I posted that question up once and no one could help me out, cuz no one answered. Really need a response.

brandi, i would say that this could be bc of the sugar you had. I know whenever I have a lot of sugar, it totally affects my anxiety. It makes it almost unbearable. I would give it a week or so before I asked to up my medication. Give yourself time, you are doing great!

Brandi...Mallory gave you some excellent advice...
You need to remember that we are only human...

The extra stress has probably tossed you into a growth spurt!!! We tend to not treat ourselves as well, when we are stressed!!!

I suggest you get your anxiety level back down!!!

I would do this by listening to my relaxation tape, as well as, beginning to change my negative thoughts, once more, into positive thoughts!!!

Do a lot of thought checking, since, this is very therapeutic!!!

Make sure to keep doing the deep-breathing exercises, and Google every positive thing you can come up with on the internet!!!

You will be back to your old self in no time!!!

I pray this helps you further...God Bless

Thx guyz! Your positive responses really help out alot. I find that whenever I have some hard times, I'll post them on here, and a few days later, I feel fine again. So the weird feelings have calmed dwn alot, I didn't have a hard time falling asleep last night, and today I got up and exercised, and am now enjoying my day anxiety free, with my family. I'm not giving up on God, this program, or myself! Happy Memorial Day, God bless!!!

HI Brandi,

We all have anxiety. If yours comes back just accept it and change your diet the next day and maybe go for a walk to release some of that energy. Also just relax as much as you can. If you're feeling weird or dizzy just do something to distract yourself or do something that will make you happy, something you really enjoy. Just because you have a couple bad days doesn't mean you're going to stay like that, so just keep that in mind :)
