ive had frequesnt anxiety an some depression since bout may. wass pretty bad for awhile and kind of managed it for a few months, but lately my anxiety has been coming everyday. little panic attacks and discomfort in my chest. it just makes me really sad. I don't have health insurance so i cant get help for it like talking to a therapist, don't have money to try the program. all i have is a prescription for ativan to help me out .will it ever get better? i say to myself maybe it will if i found a job, or started eating better and getting inshape everyday. its scarey and i just feel hopeless. im usually looking forward to xmas and im just miserable because I keep getting anxiety.

I understand how you're feeling. What I would suggest, is starting an exercise routine, this WILL certainly help with all of the extra adrenaline in your system. If you can't afford the program, I would suggest even purchasing one of Lucinda's books, it covers a lot of what's offered in the program. As well, you could purchase a used copy of the program off Ebay. Just a few thoughts to help yourself!

Exercise has always helped me.

Cardio training always seemed to clear my mind better than weight training, but weight training always made me in control and powerful.

Both are great.

Have fun!
