Hi everyone!
My name is Lisa, and I just started the program yesterday. I'm an insane perfectionist and want to make sure that I'm doing things right, because I really want this to work. In the material, it says to do the Relaxation CD 2-3 times a day for the first 6 weeks. I believe the first audio session says that two times a day is preferable. I know that the material also says to do it AT LEAST once a day as an active participant. My goal right now (and this is only my second day) is to do it two times a day. Does this sound good? How many times is everyone else using it? I feel so neurotic about it and embarrassed for rambling on like this, but I worry so obsessively, and I just need reassurance that I'm doing it the right way. Thanks for your time and your help!
