I was reading this all last night. It's so great! It explains so much, and so clearly. It explains my main symptom, lightheadedness, and takes the fear out of it.

Dear Beth, You are sooooooo welcome!!! I pray you use all of the resources on this site, since, you do need to use all of them to receive the help which you need to overcome these panic attacks!!!
You can learn how to break down each and every single negative thought all by yourself!!! In other words, you can give your own self therapy!!!
How much better can it get than that
