Having lots of it at the moment due to alot of things that has happened and is happening right now. Does anyone have any ways of dealing with it besides punching a hole in the wall or worse?

When I'm very angry, I scream loudly into a pillow (or in the car with all the windows up and music playing). Yelling all the things that are making me mad can be helpful, but starts to feel silly very quickly. It also helps to write down everything that I'm feeling and why I'm feeling it.

Don't know whether any of these ideas will be helpful to you, but at least they're a few things to consider! Hope that you have a peaceful rest-of-the-day.
