OK, I've been on the program & quit at 8 then I started back up a few weeks ago & I'm back at 8.

When I go to 'relax' either by listenening to the relaxation CD that came with the program, or by any other means...I get a very uncomfortable feeling all over, especially my legs - they start getting tingly waves down the backs of them. I've had them checked & they are fine.

Just today I was looking up 'patience' because mine is almost gone! I am a very short-tempered person & when I get angry, it's very explosive. I'm not violent at all, I just yell - which probably isn't any better. Especially since I'm with my 2 kids 24/7 (ages 3 & 5)

IF anyone else out there is like me & cannot seem to relax or relaxing makes them kinda anxious then I'd like to share this website.

There's a piece in there that TRULY is going to help me, I know it is!!!
It's simply put as ACCEPTANCE. I've heard it before, but for some reason, it really stuck this time.

There's so much I *have* to accept in my life, whether I like it or not. Some about my kids, some about my hubby, some about my Mom, some about ex co-workers & some about myself.

Once I learn this valuable tool, I will definitely stop being SO aggravated & angry over it!

Dear TNL - It sounds like you are really working on this challenge in your life - your anger - and I commend you for this. While you are working on it I would like to recommend that when you feel like hollering - leave the room, leave the situation and do your breathwork until you are calm. Then bring yourself back out to the situation you were in. You will never - absolutely never, solve anything with anger and hollering, so I really recommend you do this exercise. It will help you through your fears and it will help you to let go of your anger. Do this each and everytime you feel like hollering. You have the power to not holler. Even if you have to do this 20 times a day. You'll be glad you did.

It's your homework along with the StressCenter.com program. Get into the habit of this and you will see such big changes.

My best to you.
