Have heard that vitamins like fish oil is good for depression. Anyone had any success with any vitamins for anxiety or depression? If so, which brands have given you the best results.

Kudos to you for wanting to take better care of yourself! You obviously want to help your body to help your mind. Me too! My psychiatrist gave me a list of vitamins/ supplements that can help support good mental health. The list includes: fish oil, B vitamins, vitamin D. I remember that with the program when I originally ordered it in 2007, I got a month sample of some vitamins called Good Days. I liked them; they gave me energy. Ultimately, good nutrition = better brain. The research on vitamins is equivocal.
