I had a really rude and horrifying awaking 4:45am. I woke up this morning with severe cramping in both feet up into calfs area. I now have little feeling in both lets from knees down. I am barely to unable to walk. The severe pain is gone away. I been having the pains time to time in one foot, then the other started. Then it has been months, now both have acted up. I am not sure what this is going to do as far as my job delivering, or the march coming up in Augest. It is a concern, but not in complete panic about it. Bit of anxiety over it. Many years ago I had lost use for about two weeks due to being hit by a car. I have refuse to let it take me down. Painfully I have did what I could to get walking again.

Whatever it is that is doing this to me either way I will deal with it. It maybe pre mater thinking, the thought of not able to walk is rather is an aweful thought. I will wait to see what the doctor says. Keep a prayer. Meanwhile I can consentrate on my writing if I cannot do anything else.

John - I sometimes get those types of muscle cramps as well. After the really bad ones, my calf muscles still can ache for days. The things I do to try and prevent future cramps are 1) make sure I'm hydrated (drink lots of water), 2) make sure I have enough potassium (eat a banana), and 3) make sure I have enough sodium (this is easy since nearly everything we eat that is processed has a bunch of sodium). We lose all three of these things when we sweat, so it's important to replenish the supply!
